NOTES:
THE FOOD IS PROVIDED BY A LICENSED CATERER. TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOODS ARE NOT HELD HOT OR COLD--THE DELIVERED FOOD ITEMS ARE IMMEDIATELY SERVED ONCE FOOD ARRIVES AT THE FACILITY. PERSON IN CHARGE CHECKS FOOD TEMPERATURES TO ENSURE THE FOOD IS DELIVERED AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURES. NO FOOD HANDLING OCCURS DURING MEAL SERVICE--FOOD ARRIVES IN SEALED TRAYS, AND THEY ARE PICKED UP BY THE CONSUMERS. ALSO, NO WAREWASHING OCCURS ONSITE--ALL EATING UTENSILS ARE SINGLE USE. PERSON IN CHARGE HAS RECEIVED FOOD HANDLER TRAINING. THIS FACILITY HAS PASSED THEIR FOOD SERVICE INSPECTION. |
